一、功能概述:

瑞柯FT-8200雙電四探針粉末電阻率測(cè)試系統(tǒng)(智能型)量程方阻測(cè)量范圍、可測(cè)量到-5次方或-6次方,采用集成電路模塊;智能一體化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),整體大方, USB,232通訊接口,高精恒直流恒流源 ,提供四探針法和四端法兩種測(cè)量模式并存, 全程采用PC軟件操作,自動(dòng)測(cè)試過程數(shù)據(jù)曲線及圖譜分析,實(shí)時(shí)分析壓強(qiáng)/壓力與電阻,電阻率,電導(dǎo)率的變化關(guān)系,及報(bào)表生成,存儲(chǔ),打印等.
