一.參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)standard：

二.適用范圍Scope of Application：

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了散粒物料堆積角的測定方法；適用于連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備輸送的粒度為 0~50mm的散粒物料的自然堆積角和動(dòng)態(tài)堆積角的測定。

三.原理Principle：

在設(shè)定的試驗(yàn)條件下，測定物料的自然堆積角和動(dòng)態(tài)堆積角，以供評(píng)價(jià)物料的流動(dòng)性級(jí)別和計(jì)算物料的內(nèi)摩擦系數(shù)。

四.參數(shù)要求： Parameters

粒度小于6mm 的物料采用堆積角、逆止角測定儀進(jìn)行測定

振動(dòng)平臺(tái)：采用磁振動(dòng)方式；振幅為0.5mm，頻率為0-250Hz

堆積平板Stacked plate：直徑iameter1M

下料口距離平板間距250mm可調(diào)節(jié)；下料口直徑50mm，料筒內(nèi)徑：300mm

料筒出口有控制閥門Barrel outlet has control valve.

8. 粒度大于6mm 的物料采用人工堆積法進(jìn)行測定
